Cancellation policy-
Here at the wildwood collective, because we are so busy and we value the time of our stylists, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for haircut, nail or wax cancellations and 48 hours notice for all colour cancellations. We understand that life happens and things can come up out of no where. In the event that you are not able to do so, please be advised that 50% of your service will be charged or added onto your next appointment as our cancellation fee required, also 50% of your service on the esthetician side before you can book your next appointment.
Fix policy-
Mistakes happen, we are only human after all! If you notice something that is not sitting quite right with your haircut, please contact the salon or your stylist within a week period from your appointment so we can get it fixed as soon as possible.
If you notice something odd about your colour, please contact the salon within a weeks period and discuss what you have noticed to your stylist. Colours may take more time to fit in to make the correction, but it is very important to contact your stylist as soon as possible so we can address the issues.
If you wait two or more weeks to discuss frustrations with your colour service to your stylist, you may be charged for product, or for the full service redo, depending on the situation and length of time since your last appointment. With haircut fixes washes and styles are not included in the fix and you will be charged for a wash and style if requested.
We can be so hard on our nails sometimes and once in a while, our polish isn’t as bullet proof as we might think, resulting in a lift or scuff. Please contact your esthetician within a week after your appointment to get it fixed as soon as possible. Much like a haircut and colour fixes, if you wait too long, we may not be able to guarantee it will be a free fix. Please see “home care” for ways to help keep your nails looking brand new!
Home care-
As a professional salon, we pride ourselves with the love and care we put into every service and we want you to continue that love and care all the way home, and until your next appointment. This means multiple things like using products to protect your hair from heat, shampoos and conditioners that will nourish your hair ( also including products / hair masks) and help hold those beautiful colours for longer.
There are multiple things you can do at home to help prolong colour services, and general hair health. For more in depth home care tips, please speak with your stylist during your appointment, but the basics and most important are as listed:
